Course Specification
Duration: Three (3) to Four (4) Days
Attendees:
This course is aimed at those who have previous site experience and are responsible for the supervision, direction and instruction of scaffolding operations e.g. Charge hands, Foreman, Supervisors and Management.
Objectives:
To give attendees such knowledge and skills to enable them to supervise, monitor, direct and instruct Scaffolders for scaffolding operations.

- Effective Communication (including basic presentation skill, briefings and toolbox talks)
Risk Assessment: Delegates are required to undertake a project which contributes to the overall Assessment
Training Methods: Practical / Hands – On Classroom / Tutorials
Methods of Assessment: Practical tests and Written test
Qualification / Certification: Successful delegates will receive a CISRS (OSTS) Scaffold Supervisor Certificate of Training and Record Card. (Renewed every 5 Years)
